Quick Update – I spoke to our benefactor yesterday and I was a little nervous that he might back out if we were not raising money quickly enough on our end, but he is sticking with us (because we have the technical knowledge and contacts in Kenya), so for the time being we continue to move forward! We still need help raising $18,000 to go along with the $12,000 already raised by a benefactor partnering with WftW. Our vision is to provide clean sustainable water to those without in Kenya utilizing this very modest drilling rig. But the simplicity of its operation is the key to our partnering with our Water Resources Users Association (WRUA) contacts in Kenya to install shallow wells. This will allow us to install wells within a couple of months and start the clean, life-giving water flowing. Click on Donate to give. Please share and spread the word.
