Generally, a donation to Wells For The World, Inc. to provide life-sustaining clean water to the marginalized is, like all charitable donations, are <i>not</i> refundable. However, Wells For The World, Inc. may consider (in its absolute discretion) a refund if the donation was made accidentally or in some other extremely unusual circumstance if Wells For The World, Inc. receives a written request within 48 hours of the donation via our “Contact Us” page’s contact form or by email: enquiry@wellsfortheworld.org.

Wells For The World, Inc. will never issue a refund after the donated funds have been released to a project. If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer valid, so you should destroy it.
